06月10日讯 北京时间今晚19点，国足将迎来18强赛最后一战，坐镇主场迎战巴林。在上轮0-1负于印尼后，国足FIFA排名已经被泰国超越，跌至世界第99名。本场比赛国足只有战胜巴林，才能在FIFA排名上反超泰国队。
0-1负于印尼后，国足丢掉15.05技术积分，总技术积分已经下跌至1235.90分，由世界第94位下滑至世界第99位、亚洲范围第15位。
而泰国在热身赛中2-0战胜印度，拿到4.03个技术积分，以1238.34分超越国足，暂时排名世界第98位、亚洲第14位。
如果国足本场战胜巴林，可以获得13.56技术积分，总分将达到1249.46分。排名将重新超越泰国。如果战平巴林，则只能拿到1.06个技术积分；如果输球，则将被扣11.44个技术积分。如果国足排名继续下滑，就将面临以第三档次的身份去参加2027年亚洲杯分组抽签。
不过目前的积分情况只是通过计算得出，还不是国际足联正式公布的排名情况。国际足联于7月10日公布最新一期国家队排名。
